If there are not enough funds raised then players will be notified to pay for shirts.

Junior High and High School Football Players will be provided a t-shirt paid by the team. Each player needs to sign up for this shirt under the PLAYER ONLY section. The color will be decided by coaches later and may not be the same as shown on the order. The cost will zero out. Each player shirt is paid for by two other orders, so encourage family members to purchase to pay for player shirts. If enough funds aren’t raised those without at least two orders will have to pay for a player shirt!!!!!!

Orders due August 13th at 9:00 am.

Note: There is a "Player ONLY - Tax Exempt Option" Category. Player shirts can be ordered under this category. All other orders need to be under the items under the "Non-Player Apparel" category.

If you want a name/number option on any items:

1) place your order
2) forward order completion email to chargerink@usd329.org
3) describe in the email, what you want personalized.
4) cost is $4 a name, $1 a number digit
5) pay via cash or check or credit card link that will be emailed

We will see if this is easier for us, as adding on this form makes it very complicated to know what is personalized.
